To ensure that our customers can use our products with peace of mind, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will be accepted only under the following conditions:

If, after placing the product by your pillow or under it every night for two weeks following delivery, you do not feel any effect

If damage or defects are confirmed upon delivery

If a product different from your order is delivered
2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Please contact us regarding returns or exchanges within 14 days of product delivery.

When returning an item, please include the product itself along with all accessories.

As experiences and effects may vary from person to person, returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as “different from what I expected.”
3. Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer circumstances (such as not feeling any effect), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In cases of initial defects or shipping errors, the Company will cover the shipping costs.
4. Refund Method

After the returned product has been inspected, a refund will be issued via the credit card used for payment or by bank transfer.

Please note that the refund process may take approximately 7 business days after the product’s arrival.
